Sometimes you can read from a product the love that is inlaid. Villa K6 is such a product. The material concrete, although presented in tight walls, seems to have been applied by hand. The rough formwork boards are visible in the concrete, which is applied in small layers, resulting in slight color differences. This layer technique, known by architect Peter Zumthor in his Feldkapelle in Wachtendorf, brings interest in the craft back to life. As well as the need to decorate. Here with beautiful cast-iron water and center pin nodes. This house is literally a jewel.
