The construction of Lloydpier in Rotterdam is progressing well. The Lloydpier is seen as one of the most important transformation areas for families in the city. The shell has now been completed, but finishing work is still underway. The masonry is largely completed. Most HSB inner cavity leaves have been installed.

The Lloydpier is seen as one of the most important transformation areas for families in the city, of which Block D forms the capstone, with a varied programme.

Block D2 west contains approximately 10 town houses in the higher segment.

In Block D3, approximately 40-70 luxury apartments are being built in the higher market segment. The zoning plan also provides space for a catering establishment on the corner of this block, located on the Lloydkade.

Block D4 offers private clients the opportunity to build their own home, with approximately 10 town homes that will be marketed as free lots.

Another part of the program is a communal courtyard. This courtyard will function as a central meeting place.
