Start of construction of De Nieuwe Tuinderij

The construction of DNT East phase 1 in the Zuidoostbeemster started on 22 November. 84 single-family homes are being realized in this phase.

In the new construction plan De Nieuwe Tuinderij, approximately 475 homes will be spread over 2 areas. The New Tuinderij West is already under construction, there will be no new offers here. In the district De Nieuwe Tuinderij Oost, the first phase went on sale in early 2019, and the second in mid-2019.

Pieters bouwtechniek did the constructive elaboration of these houses. The houses will be built by means of a concrete foundation grid on prefab concrete piles and the skeleton consists of prefab concrete walls and floors.
