Start building New Raqtan Dammam KSA

The construction of the new business hall with office and showroom of Raqtan Industries has started. Hein Brakel was present on behalf of Pieters at the first building meeting. The building will be in the 2nd Industrial City of Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The size of this project is 16,400m2. A production hall, office, showroom and in-car parking facility will be realized.

Together with Rempt van der Donk Architects BNA BV and Boink consultants for the technical installations, we have designed a state of the art building, with Pieter drawing for the constructions. The building uses no energy and is among others equipped with triple glass and solar panels. The sprinkler basin water is used as heat / cold storage.
