Green light to start building new village center Zwanenburg

The start of building a new village house, village square and sports hall in Zwanenburg can continue. On 7 February 2018 the Council of State declared the appeals against the construction of the new 'Hart van Zwanenburg' inadmissible and unfounded.

The sigh of relief is deep and sincere in Zwanenburg. Two years ago, the Council of State annulled the original plan. This led to a lot of frustration among villagers, who have been waiting for the refurbishment of their village.

The Living Environment Schiphol Foundation already made 8.2 million euros available for the improvement of the living and living conditions in Zwanenburg.
