First pile into the ground of 'Bij de Zijl' in Leiderdorp
The Zijl is being built on the former ROC location in Leiderdorp.
There are 42 owner-occupied houses in Bij de Zijl: 10 water houses, 19 court residences and 13 terraced houses. In addition, Bij de Zijl consists of two apartment buildings. A residential tower of 70 meters high with 104 free sector rental housing and an apartment block with 36 social rental properties. The interconnections proved crucial, whereby both the structural effect of the components had to be taken into account and the possibilities of the asse
The houses will be completed by the end of 2019.
