The Don Amsterdam almost ready

Five residential blocks are being developed in Amsterdam Osdorp on behalf of IC Netherlands. These residential blocks are realized on a substructure in which a public parking garage is located. The five residential blocks consist of 429 apartments for young professionals and 4 to 5 commercial spaces, including a rural supermarket.

All apartments are finished according to the high standards of The FIZZ with, among other things, PVC flooring, spray painting on the walls / ceiling, curtains, high-speed internet, television connection and a fully-equipped kitchen. In addition, Don Bosco residential block is equipped with various common areas such as a cooking studio, meeting room, gym and library.

The Don is designed by Studioninedots. It is expected to be completed in 2020.
