Building permit for ZeeLandToren granted
On Tuesday September 21, there was a festive moment for the ZeeLandToren - an apartment tower in Vlissingen - because the building permit has been granted.
The festive occasion took place at the top of the watchtower of the Arsenal, with a magnificent view over the sea and Vlissingen. And that was only at a height of about 50 m, so that is promising for the viewing deck of the tower itself at 100 m height.
The TO will be completed these weeks, after which a contractor will be sought. The apartments will go on sale in a few months. Construction is scheduled to start after the summer of 2022.
Pieters Bouwtechniek is the construction consultant for this residential tower.
PZC published an article: "Clearing way for construction of the ZeeLandToren, the eye-catcher of progress in Vlissingen" (in Dutch).
You can read more about the project on the ZeeLandToren site (in Dutch).
