Start building residential in Zoetermeer
A residential building with 48 care homes will be realized at the Naomigang in Zoetermeer district. The preparations for the structure are in full swing and the first posts have been drilled. On Monday 7 May, the start of the structure was officially celebrated.
At the new Rokkeveense street Naomigang 48 apartments are being built for the elderly. This is the Katwijkerlaantracé, which was talked about for years in the city council with residents and administrators. Meanwhile, all plans are finalized and the first piles have been drilled. De Goede Woning realizes this building to meet the large need for care homes in Zoetermeer. WelThuis will rent the building. The apartments are intended for elderly people who need 24-hour care.
Natural gasless
The residential care building is being built 'all-electric', so without gas connections. The insulation value will be high and solar panels will be installed on the roof. The heating takes place with air heat pumps. This fits the ambition of De Goede Woning in the area of sustainability.
Pieters Bouwtcheniek is the structural engineer for this sustainable project.
