First pole for project Scheepmaker

The first pile went into the ground for project Scheepmaker in Haarlem. The Scheepmaker is realized in the new  Scheepmakerskwartier district. The project includes 38 apartments, 10 homes and 7 penthouses. All properties have already been sold.

The project is unique, because the local residents looked at the design of different architects that best suited. After this participation process with the District Council Scheepmakersdijk and local residents, agreement was reached on the design of VanOmmeren architects for De Scheepmaker.

Thanks to De Scheepmaker new buildings, the center of Haarlem and living on the Spaarne, are being combined organically!
