Completion of Lloyd Yard, Block D on the Lloydpier Rotterdam
Block D on the Lloydpier in Rotterdam has been completed, an important step in the transformation of this area. Called Lloyd Yard , the project includes 136 stylish homes and 10 plots for private development.
With a height of approximately 40 meters, Block D offers a range of apartments from 60 m² to 170 m², all with generous outdoor areas. The complex has a courtyard and a catering facility that contribute to a lively living environment.
Strategically located near Müllerplein, the Scheepvaartkwartier, and the Euromast, Block D combines urban facilities with green spaces. The innovative design with concrete and wood floors, and steel trusses supporting a roof garden, emphasizes the sustainability of the project.
Practical facilities such as indoor bicycle sheds and a sunken parking garage provide extra convenience. The completion marks the beginning of a new chapter for Lloyd Yard and its residents.
