Construction of Catharina Bridge in Leiden complete

As of 29 July, the Catharina Bridge in Leiden is officially complete!

On that same day, the comfort of the bridge was also tested. Groups of people jumped up and down, marched and ran along the bridge at various spots. While doing this, the natural frequency and the acceleration were measured.

The bridge passed the test with flying colours; in fact, the results were even better than expected.
