Hotel ‘BOOT&CO’ in Houthaven

The City of Amsterdam selected the development team IQNN Vastgoed / Vink Bouw / City ID Group for the development of the hotel on lot 3e. Lot 3e is situated on Reval Island, one of the 7 future islands in The Houthaven. Pieters Bouwtechniek has assumed the role of structural engineer for the project.

With BOOT&CO, The Houthaven on the IJ will be adorned with a true icon in the powerful ‘Amsterdam School' style. The building was designed by Kollhoff Architekten and is an ode to the Amsterdam School. The hotel will be highly sustainable, with an EPC rating of 0.041 making it almost entirely energy-neutral. The BREEAM ambition for the project is Excellent.

Construction will start in the middle of 2017, and the hotel's final completion is planned for the beginning of 2019.
