Silos at Harbor Club
The Cruquius area is transforming from an industrial area to a work and residential area. Pieters Bouwtechniek is involved in a large part of these projects. One of these projects is the former wine terminal on Cruquiusweg.
On the roof of this new building are three special city houses in the old wine silos, designed by LEVS architects. These silos once served as storage tanks for port for Albert Heijn. They have a new function as a luxury city residence. The silos have been completely transformed: cleaned, a supporting structure has been placed in them and they are equipped with windows, floors, stairs, skylight, insulation, and a panoramic window.
Thanks to the good cooperation with all partners, we have realized this beautiful project.
