Every month, the editors of Cement pay attention to the new generation of constructors, in the section 'The Young Constructor'. The question is, among other things, how they see the future of the constructor.

The issue of November 2020 focuses on ir. Aniek Borgeld, currently working in Curaçao for Pieters Bouwtechniek. She talks about her choice for and experiences in the construction profession, she gives her view on the future of the profession, and explains one of her first projects: the repurposing of the Rabobank office in Eindhoven.
