Hotel BOAT & CO delivered

On July 17, 2019, the hotel BOAT & CO in the Houthaven in Amsterdam was delivered to the tenant. The hotel is equipped with 82 spacious hotel apartments, supporting hotel functions such as a luxury spa, a gym, an inviting lounge bar and a restaurant with a terrace.18 July, the relocation started and the finishing touches to the catering section were finalized. The opening of the hotel is planned for October 2019.

BOAT & CO offers an innovative hotel concept with spacious hotel apartments, whereby a good connection is made with the history of the neighborhood. Consider the old port character and the Amsterdam School. The target group of the hotel is the Young Dynamic Urban Professional. The hotel also has a spa / fitness and swimming pool. Part of this hotel concept is an inviting catering establishment for both residents and visitors of the Houthaven and the hotel.

The central part of the building is the high atrium where the lobby, reception, delicatessen and a bar are present. A restaurant and lounge area can also be found on the ground floor. There is room for 48 parking spaces in the parking garage. This brings the total development to 7,800 square meters of gross floor space.
