First pole dancer in the Rotterdam skyline

Today the first pole for CasaNova went into the ground. Timeless and elegant as a dancer, CasaNova plays a new, controversial role on the scene of the Rotterdam skyline. This residential tower will have a height of approximately 110 meters with 35 floors. The project is expected to be completed in 2022.

The tower consists of a substructure containing on the ground floor, among other things, two commercial spaces, a chic residential entrance. Floors 2 to 4 consist of Port apartments, individual storage rooms and a three-layer parking garage. The tower starts on layer 7 and only gets three high-quality finished apartments per floor. Light, spaciousness and views provide an unparalleled living experience here.

The residential towers CasaNova and The Muse together form the new residential area on the quay of the historic Wijnhaven in Rotterdam. BARCODE Architects designed both buildings as a unit, each with its own unique signature. The substructure of the two towers provides a beautiful foundation from which both special towers rise.
